Can I personalise the box?
Sure you can. Our hope is to make the arrival of the boxes as memorable as possible for you and that special elderly one in your life. So at checkout, please feel free to enter a gift message as well as email us on hello@gransmile.co.uk straight after the order with up to 4 photos if you would like these included in the box.
I would like my gran to try before I buy. Can I order a single box?
Yes of course. You can buy a subscription box as a one-off box or gift for your special senior to try.
Can I change the recipient of the subscription?
Absolutely! You can login to the member portal, manage your account and change the date of the current recipient. This will show as one of the answers you provided during the subscription process.
When do boxes ship? What happens after the order?
Our subscription boxes ship on 15th each month. Order cut-off dates for subscriptions is 14th each month. Therefore, if you order on 14th February, your first box will be the current month's box which will be despatched on 15th February. If you subscribe on 15th or 16th February, your first box will be despatched on 15th March. One-off or gift boxes are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.
Can I change the shipping date of my box?
All our boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month. We despatch boxes only on this date, so for subscription plans, it is unfortunately not possible to change the shipment date. One-time gift boxes or hampers are shipped within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.
What date will be payments be taken? Can i change my payment information?
Payments for subscription plans are taken on the 10th of each month towards the current month's box. You can change your payment information anytime by logging into your account on the member portal and updating the details.
Can I return a box?
According to our terms and conditions, we do not accept product retuns. Our boxes are themed and maybe personalized according to your request. For this reason, it is impossible to accept a return after the personalization and printing of some products unless some of the objects in the box are damaged, and it is our responsibility or incomplete. If your box does not arrive within 3-5days of the shipping date (15th each month), please contact us at hello@gransmile.co.uk, and we will gladly answer all your questions within 24 hours.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Can I know the contents of the box before it arrives?
We have a different theme every month for the subscription plans. These are designed to delight and and surprise you and your special Gran; to this end, we curate the absolute best of selfcare, essential and lifestyle products for the well-being of your loved one. However, the products that are inside your box will only be known the box arrives. We will share the full box contents on social media and via email a day or 2 before the box arrives . Keep an eye on your email as we normally doa theme reveal about 2 weeks before the boxes ship and these include sneak peeks.
How do I communicate dietary requirements?
