Here's some great organisations and/or charities that help support carers that I could find and a little bit of what they do, incase anyone will find the information useful plus what these organisations do is amazing I think, everyone should feel supported with what they do.
There are some trusts and charities which can help carers have specific grants or funds while some just help with the cost of essential household items the person you're caring for might need and if that's something you want to look into if you go on https://grants-search.turn2us.org.uk you can look into which charities can help you money wise, there's around 3,000 funds on there apparently so there's plenty to choose from.
Carers Trust is also another great organisation, they want to make sure that unpaid carers are heard and have the acces to the support they need, they acccept donations towards their cause and if you go on their website they can help you find the nearest service to you if you are looking for help and advice.
CarersUk is an organisation that is trying to make life better for carers especially if they're unpaid or looking after a loved one. They offer advice, you can sign up to carer groups to connect to other carers so you don't feel so alone, they do campaigns and are constantly trying to find better ways to give support and they work all throughout the UK.
